At Egypt Chemico, we are committed to delivering high-quality epoxy resin and hardener products. Due to the sensitive nature of chemical materials, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns
We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and quality reasons, opened or used resin and hardener products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We offer replacements only for damaged or defective items, subject to verification.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be covered by us only in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
